Welcome to the 3rd International Symposium on Intelligent Computing Systems - ISICS 2020. This international event will be held in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on March 18 - 19, 2020.

The ISICS is committed to the promotion, preservation, and collaboration of research, education and practice in the field of artificial intelligence, including computer vision and image processing. The symposium is organized and supported by the largest higher education institution in the UAE, Higher Colleges of Technology and the recognized Mexican University, Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.

The ISICS proceedings will be published by Springer, in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series.
