Submissions should describe original work that is not under consideration or published by another conference or journal before the ISICS Symposium in November 2024.
Original papers must be high-quality work in the fields of the ISICS symposium, presenting research results, comprehensive case studies, and presentation of project results in their conclusive phase. Each paper should be mainly focused on research, applications, or systems.
Posters should report work in progress, preliminary results of ongoing research, or projects in the early stages of development. Accepted posters will be exhibited in a poster session during the symposium. Posters will be reviewed based on an extended abstract.
Formatting Guidelines
Original papers must be in English (10 to 15 pages). Submissions exceeding this length will be rejected without review. The file format for submission is Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Other formats will not be accepted. A complete, anonymized paper should be submitted (do not include author details, university or country information in the manuscript).

Please print the poster as a roll-up banner. At least one member of the poster presentation team should be available to set up the poster at L115 hallway (Mini Auditorium, HCT Dubai Academic City) on November 6th at 8:00 AM. The poster presentation itself will take place from 11:20 AM to 11:45 AM.

Camera Ready: All accepted original papers should upload their final version using the Springer conference paper template including a source archive and A Concent to Publish from must be fill out online in the Equin Submit Final Version option .

Review Process
The review process will be a double-blind peer review. Please, anonymize your submission. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three members of the Scientific Program Committee, and the acceptance decision will be based on the paper's originality, novelty, significance of the contribution to the field, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation.
Publications
Accepted original papers will appear in the symposium proceedings published by Springer, in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. Accepted poster papers will be published in the adjunct symposium proceedings.
Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration for publication in an international journal.
